In rhinoplasty before and after photos, I would recommend you look for two things: Natural Nose Shape and Facial Symmetry. For example, do you discover yourself noticing the patient’s eyes more in the after photo? And as with all before and after photos, make sure the lighting and face position are similar in both the before and after photos.
