What is FaceTite?

FaceTite is a nonsurgical facelift alternative that uses radiofrequency (RF) energy to target fat and loose skin in the face and neck. FaceTite is minimally invasive and can make you feel years younger without any discomfort. By simultaneously melting fat and tightening the skin, a FaceTite treatment can effectively counter common signs of aging in just one treatment.

What can I expect during a FaceTite procedure?

The FaceTite procedure is performed under local anesthesia with sedation. After the patient is numb and has been medications, a small hole is made in the skin under the chin and under each earlobe, where they are not able to be seen. The FaceTite probe is then inserted under the skin to provide thermal energy precisely in the subdermal layer of the face and neck. The probe and the electrode work in unison to create a contained thermal field that simultaneously targets the outer and inner layers of the skin for a comprehensive treatment. The FaceTite device slowly moves along the jawline, liquefying fat and contracting the collagen and elastin in the skin along the way. Liposuction under the chin is performed with the majority of treatments, depending on the needs of the patient.

How safe is FaceTite?

The FaceTite system has several safeguards in place that help provide active monitoring of the skin’s external and internal temperatures. This ensures that the procedure is safe, precise, and effective. This also allows for uniform heat distribution throughout the treated areas to provide results that are symmetric, even, and smooth. The entire procedure lasts about one hour, and you can return home immediately after.

What is recovery like?

You will have a dressing on that night that can be removed the next day. Most people have some swelling from the numbing medication and fluid that has resolved by about day 2-3. You can have bruising, but most people have minimal to none. We recommend wearing a compression bandage that we will give you as much as possible for three days, then at night for the rest of that week to help the swelling resolve more quickly. Most people do not need pain medications after the procedure and are very comfortable. Makeup can be applied the next day and many people are back to their usual activities in a day or two.

What are AccuTite and EmbraceRF?

Accutite is performed with a smaller handpiece that works in the same way as FaceTite. The size of the handpiece allows us to treat smaller, specific areas, like jowls, small submental fat or the fullness above the nasolabial folds.

FaceTite can be combined with a series of Morpheus 8 treatments for the Embrace RF treatment.

This is the optimal treatment to tighten both the deeper structures with FaceTite and tighten the skin with Morpheus8. We can recommend the best treatment for you at your consultation.
