You might feel a slight warming sensation during the treatment, but it shouldn’t be painful.

What Is the Recovery Like?

You’ll likely notice some swelling and redness after your Embrace RF treatment, and some patients choose to take a couple of days off work. That said, you should be able to fully resume your normal routine pretty quickly. While you’re recovering, you can speed up the healing process by sleeping with your head elevated and periodically applying a cold pack to the treatment area. You’ll also want to wait one or two weeks before participating in strenuous exercise.
